The Commission is excited to host a Summit for Law Firm and In-House Leaders to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the Commission’s Grit and Growth Mindset Project. To commemorate this important occasion, the Commission will be bringing together senior law firm decision makers and in-house legal leaders to discuss the critical benefits that “grit” and “growth mindset” can bring to the legal profession, including by strengthening the pipeline for advancement of women across the legal profession.
