Paula T. Edgar Bio

Paula T. Edgar, Esq. is the CEO of PGE Consulting Group LLC, a strategy firm specializing in professional development, leadership training, and personal branding. A dynamic keynote speaker and facilitator, Paula delivers engaging live and virtual presentations for clients across industries. She creates customized programs that equip professionals with actionable strategies for career growth, leadership development, relationship-building, and business development.

With a passion for helping individuals and organizations amplify their impact, Paula is known for her expertise in professional development and facilitating sessions on personal branding, networking, mentorship, sponsorship, and career acceleration. She encourages professionals to Engage Your Hustle™, her signature framework designed to elevate careers through intentional strategy and visibility.

Paula is also the host of the Branding Room Only podcast, where she shares career insights, interviews industry leaders, and explores the power of personal branding.

A dedicated leader and advocate, Paula is an officer of the New York City Bar Association, a Commissioner of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession, and a past President of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association. She has also held leadership roles in various professional and alumni organizations.
Paula’s expertise and thought leadership have been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Bloomberg Law, Essence Magazine, Shondaland, and Business Insider. Her impact has been recognized with numerous awards, including the CUP Law Catalyst Award, the National Bar Association's Outstanding Non-Traditional Career Award, and the Ms. JD “Woman of Inspiration” Award.
She earned her B.A. in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton, and her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law.
