As we approach the 25th anniversary of September 11th, PDC Trusted Advisor Paula Edgar reflects on losing her mother in the September 11th terrorist attacks and the leadership lessons that emerged in the absence of clarity and control. She examines how leadership is revealed during moments of disruption—not through position, authority, or title, but through consistency, judgment, and values-based decision-making.
